這星期六我會舉辦一場線上 Kundalini Yoga 課，透過郁動身體、呼吸、唱誦、冥想疏通情緒壓力。
時間：10:00-11:30am (UK) / 5:00-6:30pm (HK)
需要的物品：瑜伽墊、水、毛氈、任何讓您感到放鬆和feel like home的東西
I have been feeling down and blue these days without any reason and I got similar feedback from my students and clients that they have been feeling the same. I have a calling when I was doing my practice yesterday that I would like to have a space to connect a community and I think I can also hold a space to support each other now.
Moving our bodies can help navigating the heavy emotions and stress out of our body too.
So, I am gonna host an Online Kundalini Yoga Class this Saturday that we can move through the emotions with movement, breathwork, chanting and meditation.

Language: Bilingual (English & Cantonese)
Space required: A space you can fit a yoga mat and a space that you can be silent without any disturbance.
What you need to bring: Yoga mat, water, blanket and anything can make you feel like home and relax.
*Camera needs to be on throughout the class. Link access will be sent before the class.
