在Kundalini Yoga的系統中，我們每人有10個身體和8個輪位。

第八個輪位就是氣場，所以氣場都是身體其中一個部分。

每一件物件或材質都有1.5尺的氣場，

每一隻動物有3.5尺的氣場，

而人有9尺的氣場。

氣場是屬於我們的能量體，即是這個達9尺遠的能量場已在發放信息或代表某部分的自己了！

試想想，如果我們氣場的狀態得以平衡：

我們都在創造適合自己的人、事、物和生活體驗，

甚至會改善別人對我們的印象和感覺。

所以其實我們的氣場一直都在「說話」喔！

在這六星期工作坊中，我們會一起動動身體，做做Kundalini Yoga練習，

不同層次、不同程度地平衡、鞏固我們的氣場！

In Kundalini Yoga system, we have 10 bodies and 8 chakras.

The 8th chakra is our Aura so Aura is definitely part of our body.

Every matter has 1.5 foot Aura.

Every animal has 3 foot Aura.

Human has 9 foot Aura.

While Aura is part of our energy field, it means that we are actually sending out energy 9 foot away from our physical body and it represents us as well.

If our Aura is balanced, we are creating everything serving us.

It can also change how people see and feel our presence too.

So, that means our Aura is actually telling people who we are somehow.

In these 6-week workshop, we will move our body with Kundalini Yoga system to balance and strengthen our Aura.
