When you think stress is just tiredness, muscle tension, insomnia etc, I am telling you NO, it is more than that.
Many of us know we are stressed due to tensed shoulders, grinding teeth, insomnia, binge eating, bloating, being nervous or emotional.
Then, we seek different ways to relieve these which are the symptoms but not relieving the root of Stress.
If we don't understand the depth of Stress, you might find you are running in a haster wheel by relieving symptoms one after one but the real Stress never goes away which might lead to frustration.
A lot of us thought our jobs are the root of Stress, so we change our job!
Or our peers and gossiping bring us Stress, so we leave our old friends and get new ones.
Our workloads are giving us too much Stress, so I turned down job offers.
However, for me, these are not the root of Stress still.
The root of our Stress is our Imbalanced Nervous System.
When our nervous system is healthy and balanced,
We have the capacity to respond to any ups and downs instead of automatically reacting to it ie the symptoms we mention just now.
