今天為止

已經有幾位個案朋友跟我分享她們感到很忿怒

也發現身邊的人都不期然發脾氣


所以好想跟大家分享我是如何面對自己的忿怒


任何的情感都是跟我們溝通的語言

忿怒如是

一切的情感背後都有信息想告訴我們

可能是


「我感到不公平😡。」

「我感到無力🥵。」

「我感到不被明白🤬。」


這些較真的感受背後其實還帶著需求的


「我想得到認同😞。」

「我累了😔。」

「我想被明白和有人聆聽我🥺。」


而這些需求才是忿怒想我們知道的真實❤️❤️


當忿怒來到時,我會


1️⃣深呼吸三下定靜下來,好好聆聽自己真實感受


2️⃣點選任何一首有感的Kundalini Yoga Mantra,空間許可我會跟著唱Mantra,直至平靜下來


3️⃣忿怒過後,我會跟我信任的朋友訴說我的感受,讓情感盡情流露

💥3 Tips when I get angry☝🏻✌🏻👌🏻


So far, I have quite an amount of cases sharing with me that they get angry today!


So, I am here to share how I come across anger.


Emotions are a channel to communicate with us.

So is anger.

There must be messages they are trying to deliver.


It can be…


“It is unfair!😡”

“I feel helpless.🥵”

“I feel being rejected.🤬”


There are also needs behind these.


“I want to be recognised😞.”

“I am exhausted😔.”

“I want to be seen and heard.🥺”


This is exactly what anger tries to tell us❤️


When I get angry, I will


1️⃣take 3 deep breaths. Listen to my feelings.


2️⃣Play any Kundalini Yoga Mantra. Chant and sing it if possible till I feel peaceful.


3️⃣When the anger has gone, share my feelings with a friend I trust and let the energy and emotion flow.


One of my teammates even shared she uses our Aura Soma Pomander to balance our Aura to cleanse energy of anger.


It is easy to forget Love when we get angry.

For those who are reading this,

You might come across anger recently.

But don’t forget love

Do anything nourishing and embrace every part of you within.
