這片藍帶我見了佛祖
佛話：
「真正的at peace是歸於中心
外面不是沒有人，沒有聲音
但我們不需要identify它們
外面多麼混亂，多麼熱鬧也好
你都依然能夠定靜返回自己的中心
不是ignore外界
而只不過是您知道中心比一切都真實
內外都能和諧相處
就是真正的at peace。」
前幾天跟朋友談起生命
其實靈魂已揀選了今生的路
走「歪」了
生命總會以它的力量讓您走回「正」軌
友人問
「那豈不是要認命了嘛？」
我話
「這是看待生命的態度
視乎coming from是什麼
認命本因背後有無力感
但我們可以擁抱and follow where life takes me to
因爲我信任生命亦信任自己內在的真實。」

The blue andara brought me to see the Buddha
Buddha said,
"The real peace is to be centred.
It doesn't mean there's nobody or no sound outside us.
But we don't need to identify them.
No matter how chaotic or lively it is outside us,
We can still calm down and return to our own centre.
We are not ignoring the outside world and being isolated.
But we know that the centre is more true than anything else.
Our Harmony arises from our inner world.
That’s what Peace means. "
A few days ago, I discussed life with a friend.
In fact, we believe the soul has already chosen the path of this life.
When we go "wrong",
Life will always get us back on track by its own means.
My friend asked,
"Then does it mean that we need to accept this is our fate?"
I answered,
“This is the attitude towards life.
For me it all depends on your coming from.
There is a sense of powerlessness behind accepting one's fate.
But instead, we can embrace and follow where life takes us to
Because we can fully trust life and the truth within ourselves. "
