#1 Tense shoulders
Due to your workload or sitting too long at office?
Staying the same posture leads to tense muscles but if this persists even if you regularly relieve it,
Maybe it’s time to dive in deeper what it means to you.
Automatically tensing your shoulders could be because you unconsciously bear OTHERS’ responsibilities.
1️⃣Fulfil your boss’s job assigned for you which is exceeding your job responsibility
2️⃣Help your family to complete housework (esp when you think they can’t do better than you or they don’t know how to do)
3️⃣Help your kids to do everything even if they are big enough to do them.
Because of our capability, we tend to unconsciously take others’ responsibilities. When time goes, your nervous system is too stressed out and eventually, it develops an automatic tension to react to “work”.
So the root of STRESS is not your job but how you respond to jobs and responsibility.
Your previous experience stored in your nervous system decides these attitudes.
❤️🩹You couldn’t get enough Care from your Parents.
So being a parent, you projected this to your kids and fulfilled the responsibility of your parents.
❤️🔥Your Job Performance got appreciated by your boss.
So, you work even harder to prove your are capable.
❤️🩹Your family members got injured from doing a housework.
You felt terrible and are scared you would lost him/her.
Since then, you are doing this for him/her.
💔Your Partner didn’t fulfil their commitment and responsibility in a relationship.
But you hate separation so you are doing this to keep the relationship going.
What relieves Stress from your shoulders is Letting go. Letting go others’ responsibilities so they are given opportunities to learn.
This is how we can “help” them grow.
And you have sufficient energy to take your own responsibility:
Take a good rest, Start your own business, Go for a journey you long for,
Fulfil your job or just simply tidy up your room.
Taking good care of yourself is your main responsibility.
