壓力來自工作量龐大? Stress comes from huge WORKLOAD?


工作量龐大看似是平常事,但每人可承受的容量都不一樣,超出了就會衍生不同生理及心理毛病。

真正的壓力來自工作量超過了自身神經系統的負荷但我們無視她的底線。

神經系統鐵實有能力承受短期的負荷,但長期負荷過重時,身體就會開始出現生理或心理的毛病。



壓力來源並不是工作量過大,而是

✅我們是否了解自己的底線

✅如果超越了底線,我們有否表達自己的需求



因為我們習慣聽從上司或外邊任何人的指示行動,卻忘記了工作關係中我們也有自己的位置。

因為害怕表達自己的需求而選擇繼續承受。

這才是讓神經系統不斷受壓的原因。



不論你是打工仔或創業的人士,關顧自己的身體都是我們每一個人的責任,所以每一個人都有表達自己意見和回應需求的權利。

所以我們都習慣不表達自己的需求

It is common for us to have huge workload in this modern time. Yet, everyone has different capacity. If your workload exceeds your limit, it leads to different physical and emotional problems. The root of STRESS comes from ignoring our boundary when our Nervous System overloads. Our Nervous System can manage overload short term but not in long run. Otherwise, it leads to physical sickness and mental problems.



The root of STRESS is not our workload but

✅If we express our needs when it is our of our limitation?



As we get used to following our boss and others’ instructions and we forget we have our position in any working relationship. As we are scared to express our needs and we keep bearing the workload and this is the real reason of stress to our Nervous System.



No matter if you are an employee or business owner, taking care of ourselves is our responsibility. So everyone of us has right to express our needs and respond to it.

🔥Or when we had conflicts with our siblings,

Our parents didn’t ask about the reason why we fought to settle the fight without truly listening to you.



These memories store in our Nervous System and it leads to certain behaviours.

So we don’t express our needs and hence, bearing everything happening in life such as jobs assigned.
